Week 6 Day 2

Today was my first workout. I chose this one. Fitness Blender workouts focus on form and have a relaxed pace so I have time to transition without feeling rushed. I had to make some small modifications as in I took the low impact options in the cardio warmup and I didn’t do the forward bending. I will be doing forward bending in the near future but for now it feels kind of weird whenever I fold myself up in certain ways. I stuck to light weights. The heaviest weight I used was 4 kg (per hand) in the chest press. It went great I didn’t have any problems with any of the exercises. I feel my upper body strength is pretty normal I could have done with more weights but obviously this week is the test week so I played it safe. I also did an hour walk and morning yoga. Tomorrow I have my cleaning job =(
