Week 5 Day 7

Today we celebrate X-mas with the extended family so I will be brief. I did yoga,  a 30 minute workout, and a 50 minute walk with Sam. Sam seems to be catching the flu poor dear. I am not sure about 10k today. Tomorrow I get to start more strength work. I will keep it light with tight form and work my way to normal. Normally I work between 2-12 kg because that’s all I have at home. I won’t be doing 12 kg obviously to start I usually use it for ab work anyways which I have to be cautious about.
