Today I wrote a manual for conducting a proper house inspection but I didn’t think you’d want to read that! The house inspection is set for Monday at 10 o’clock I am hoping the homeowners won’t change their minds! So I wrote an alphabetical list of some of my favorite words. I limited it to 5 words per letter but for some letters I had a very very hard time to pick just the 5, for others 5 was MORE than enough. I also included some baby names I like. A quick update to let you know about the housing situation. Our bid has been accepted! They cancelled additional viewings when we made the offer which allowed us to bypass the competition stage. The house is not ours yet. We will do a second viewing and inspect the house more carefully. I do not think we will hire a professional inspector (it costs 10,000 kr). After the inspection we will decide if we want to go through with the sale. I believe we will go through with it because the house is amazing and we love it XD. At any point before the contract is signed the homeowners can change their minds. So they can say that they want to do more viewings, they don’t want to sell etc.. This is a nerve-wracking stage we are closer but we don’t have any guarantees. I believe the inspection will take place soon Sam will probably schedule a time tomorrow. The current owners do not have an apartment yet so if we get the house I’ve no idea when the move will take place. The above is not a picture of the house. I will only post photos of the house when/if the sale is completed.

The house was gorgeous everything I hoped and the owners took exceptionally good care. I loved it truly. The bank approved us for a loan. Sam will bid on Monday I want to bid right now haha Fingers-crossed!

I can’t seem to shake this block

Today I was cleaning Isadora’s room and thought I ought to check and see if she had clothes for the fall/winter I discovered that she has grown out of all of her pants! She grew quite a lot over the summer. I went to the store and bought her two pairs of jeans with the money I had on hand but I expect more shopping in the near future (school is right around the corner!). Here we wear pants like 9-10 months of the year so pants are kind of a big deal.
I have been meditating on dream house and during my visions(?) I kept imagining that the owners would be present during our viewing. This is not customary in Sweden and I have never seen a homeowner in any of the previous houses we checked out. Sam emailed me today to tell me we’ve got a viewing at 2 pm on Friday and the owners will be there. One of the owners had a stroke which explains the dark unhealthy mass I started to see in my mental images. Now I am worried about the owners, hoping I can send them some positive vibes.
One of the houses we checked out is back up for grabs (it was my 2nd favorite). Luckily the Realtor is in charge of both houses so they are going to let us check the new one out first. Fingers-crossed.
Finally I have to get my ID renewed today and it is my mother’s birthday so I might not be around so much.
